This 👆👆 is why I drink local beer. My gawd, it's spectacular! The geniuses @nonsuchbeer have outdone themselves with 350, a tribute to their namesake, ocean-faring, trade vessel. I stood outside, 10th in line, getting a booter in a snowbank, during a balmy Winnipeg weekend at - 15C + windchill to snag a bottle (or 3, the rest were gifts). And I'd do it again for another bottle.
The first taste that hits you is the rich blood orange followed by molasses and dark chocolates. The long finish is smokey and peaty, so it's a perfect beer for whiskey drinkers. At nearly 9% alcohol and 750mL, it's also not something to consume alone or quickly.
