I have to say, this beer took me by surprise! Label as a American Brown Ale, I didn’t know exactly what to expect. Color is standard brown copper beer. Beautiful brown little bubble head on top. I thought this beer would be round in mouth without roasted flavor mixed with a fruits notes, caramel and hazelnut. But no! First, the scent went through my nose! Resin fresh notes with a distant roasted malt! Now it was time for a sipe! Roasted malt mixed with a really present resin! The hazelnut and the caramel side is distant but there. The resin at first reminds me of citrus bitterness but after a bit I could tell has the label says. Pine tree! Really good beer and really fun to drink. It’s not a simple beer but not a complex one nether. Dig it! Cheers!
