I saw a review of this beer online and I had to tried it out! A Christmas double IPA! Lovely red hazy beer with a decent head that settle to a lacing. Aroma are very christmassy! Spice like cinnamon, giger, etc. Dry fruit, and orange peel are there to. Taste si relly good! Fruit cake, cranberry, orange with the tropical/citrus side of the hops! The bitterness is distant. The final is more acid/sour than anything. Not like a sour but quite present. It’s a really good beer. It’s just weird to call a double IPA something not that bitter. Cheers!
