Made from 100% traditional Normandy cider apples (5 varieties) grown and harvested near the Chateau de Sassy. Extra-dry farmhouse style cidre with a rustic but frank nose. Hand-crafted recipe inherited from the cidre served at the Château de Sassy. Best enjoyed accompanied with strong meat, charcuterie and cheese.

Pas une bière mais du cidre. Un très bon cidre d'ailleurs, pas mon préféré mais très bon. Ça change des bières du coup
