Flight 3/4. Semihazy, brown beer with moderate, rapid carbonation unlocks a hair-thin, off-white, velvety lace ring on the surface. The nose gets some bread with a massive grainy tang, accompanied by mild syrup, some raisin as well as an interesting, truly unexpected nuance of bubblegum. The taste is rather strong, medium malt-grainy and a tad syrupy grapefruit. The body is light-medium. The beer finishes with a nutritious malt bread, a grainy touch and some lemon peel. The aftertaste has medium duration. The mouthfeel is old-school, slightly tangy and quite mouth-drying.
