We loaded this hazy delight with a king’s ransom of Mosaic, Simcoe and Citra hops, yielding lovely notes of citrus, mango and ripe tropical fruits. Pairs most excellent with late nights and pretentious record collections. Malts: Maris Otter Extra Pale, Dextrin, Flaked Oats & Torrefied Wheat Hops: Magnum, Citra, Mosaic & Simcoe
