Opaque, black beer with rich, rapid carbonation unleashes a light fawn, velvety head that reaches two fingers, paints the glass with horizontal downpouring patterns and descends soon to neat lace ring on top. The nose experiences hefty milk chocolate, loads of sweet artificial vanilline and a generous injection of lactose. Relatively sappy fragrance, I must say. The tongue experiences mild-lactose, slightly bitter raw chocolate, a tad coffee with milk, a bit of roasted coffee beans. The light-bodied beer finishes somewhat quickly with bitter black coffee, raw chocolate and an almost nonexistent note of vanilla. The aftertaste lingers in mouth for a short to medium time. The mouthfeel is light, reasonably roasty, distantly tangy and a little bit lip-glueing.
