For lager day. Hurrah. Cheers. 🍻 Visually it hits all the check marks. Slightly paler than I would like to see but nothing wrong with that. Well carbonated without becoming aggressive and forming a very nice tight white foamy head. Aromas are also just fine for this style lager. Pale grainy malt with a hint of cracker and a nice lightly hop. The flavours are also just right. Light, crisp, clean, pale malt, cracker, and a small bit of breadiness. The hops are balancing this perfectly and are gently spicy. There is a very.minor hint of apple. It's not outstanding but there is nothing wrong with it at all. Super quaffable.
