A pale coloured IPA with a weak white head. Fairly typical US style ale, but tastes a bit “thin” as the alcohol content is just 2.5%

This is all about the Simcoe hops with a alpha acid of 12 which is high and to me theres little else an EBC of 3 its pale..... At only 2.5% makes this a summer BBQ beer where the wife has given you instructions not to let her down in front of the family! Its a fun beer a summer beer.......stay safe.
