Turbid, brown beer with restrained, rushed carbonation builds an incredibly cute, cream-colored, mousse-like head that climbs up to two fingers. The foamy pillow shrinks soon to a thin lacing on top and leaves erratic, downpouring patterns on the glass. The scent offers sweet malt, a generous amount of baked roll, a lump of sweet dough, a tad biscuit and distant raisin. The palate portrays sweet malt, medium-brown bread and a good pinch of biscuit, accompanied by light-bitter dough, bitter orange peel and a truly faint whisper of honey. The taste is, however, less heavy and fruitier than what the fragrance would suggest. The body is medium-full. The beer ends with relatively bitter citrus peel, a drop of orange zest, some wheat malt and sourdough. Medium-bitter bread and a good pinch of biscuit follow in the background. The aftertaste teases the tastebuds for some time. The mouthfeel is significantly soft, very smooth a bit estery and somewhat satiating. It's also relatively thick, medium-full and slightly lip-glueing.
