Un cidre artisanal autrichien avec une levure anglaise et du Chinook et du Centennial ! Pourquoi pas ! Au nez, on sent un mélange de pommes et de levures. Les agrumes sont plus discrets mais présents. En bouche en revanche la pomme sucrée prend le dessus sur tout le reste et c'est dommage, je ne perçois pas les houblons, j'aurais préféré quelque chose de plus rustique.

Humaloitu siideri, jossa humala-aromi vallitsevana. Näin melkeinpä lähempänä oluen hedelmäisen makumaailmoja. Jälkimakuna kuitenkin siiderin omenaisuus pienellä katkerolla. Menee omaan makuun siiderinä turhan pitkälle oluen puolelle.

Relatively cloudy, deep straw cider with extrovert, long-lasting carbonation produces a one-finger, pure white, silky head that dissolves hastily to a thin ring of minuscule bubbles that burst gradually to zero. The head, if you can call it that, marks the glass with no traces at all. The nostrils pucker up for the relatively penetrative medium-sour apple juice. The taste follows the suit: semisour apple nectar but added with a few apple tree leaves and a grassy nuance. The cider finishes more or less the same. The mouthfeel is medium-tart, substantially summery, truly gardeny and attractively natural, as well as somewhat Mediterranean.
