Clean, fruity and crisp; light bodied but not too dry. Fermented with Bavarian lager yeast, dry hopped with Saaz and Hallertau Tradition and infused with Genmaicha tea with its unique toasted rice character.

It tastes like a watered-down version of Punk IPA from Brewdog.

The 6th beer from this month's Beer 52 Beer and Food box. It pours a slightly hazy, pale yellow colour with a thin white head. Aroma is malty and floral. Flavour has malts, almost soapy hops, and is a little thin. It's got a long bitter finish.
