Tastes just as good as the day I first tried this in Baltimore, MA. Served at room temperature it is the perfect combination of smoked malts and barrel ageing. It smells like an imperial stout, the smoke flavours are subtle, and the bourbon is king!

Sweet smoked malt profile gives way to a bouquet of bourbon. Has to be drunk from a snifter to get the full effect. The bourbon is front and centre evidenced by the fact the taste that lingers in your mouth is that of bourbon. A fantastic example of blending smoked malts with barrel ageing. The mixture of aroma and taste is almost overwhelming, I may as well be drinking a whiskey!
