I don't know if it is fair to rate an experiment before it reaches the shelf, anyway: both smell and taste are very herbal and remembers a herbal liqueur or medecine(propolis?). Medium bitterness. I am not sure about the pumpkin taste anyway it is a pleasant drink even if I was expecting something more sweet.
