Bonne bière. Mais pas ma préférée de cette bracerie. Pour moi le yuzu apporte en amertume mais pas vraiment ce qu’on attend d’une lager.

A classic style golden lager which combines Japanese citrus fruit, similar in flavour to a grapefruit and mandarin orange. Offers up zesty aromas of yuzu and spicy hops. Taste wise, is quite sweet with a fruity tartness. Gets better with each sip. Best served chilled.
