Le Petit Prince is a 2.9% ABV farmhouse table beer brewed with pilsner malt, two row malt, pale malt, pale malted wheat, a touch of Caramunich and acidulated malt, lots of Czech Saaz, East Kent Golding and/or other hops (depending on availability) and farmhouse yeast.
