From my "emergency stockpile", stored in basement for almost year and a half. Re-review. 0,33l bottle from pint. Pitch black beer with brown foam. Dark chocolate and roasted malty smell with a note of wood and bourbon. Tempting. Low carbonation. Slightly thin mouthfeel. Dry roasted malts, peat, wood and even some smoke. A hint of sweet chocolate and caramel, but overall taste is on the dry side. No taste is particularly intense. Very subtle dry coffee bitterness in the end. Bourbon and wood from barrel aging are pretty much non-existent, shame. And all the other tastes feel a bit watered down also. I'll lower the score a bit. Very drinkable, but also very lame barrel aged IS.

Läskimaha kaipais enemmän bourbonia. Nyt maku enemmänkin tumman paahteinen, rusinainen ja humalainen. Bourboni jää tuoksusta ja mausta melkolailla kokonaan uupumaan. ☹️

Savuinen, kevyesti makeutta, hapoton. Ihan ok, mutta turhan vahva savu omaan makuun

0,33l bottle from beer tulip. Pitch black beer with no foam. Delicious chocolate and bourbon smell. Low carbonation. Very dark roasted first sip. Dark chocolate and espresso. Dry overall taste. Some sweet bourbon notes, followed by dry wood. Mouthfeel is a bit thin, but still ok. Some offnotes, like metal and acid. Probably will even out when conditioned a while. Pretty basic BA IS. Doesn't offer anything new, but doesn't let you down either.

Melkein musta juoma. Ei vaahtoa juurikaan. Tuoksu on paahteinen, siirappinen, melassinen. Suutuntuma on alle keskitäyteläinen jopa ohuenlainen, lähes hiilihapoton. Maku on paahteinen, savuinen, kahvinen. Kuitenkin kuiva, olis toivonut makeutta. Bourbon maistuu tynnyrikypsytyksestä ja jopa alkoholi. Ohuenlainen, ei oikein maistu muut aromit kuin tynnyri. Puuttuu kaikki hienous.

Just a shitty stout. Sour and nothing else.
