Miellyttävää vaniljakaakaoimaista käyskentelyä, jota klassinen roomalaistyylinen espresso sitten kutkuttelee. Jälkimaku on kuivahko, hiven pähkinäinen, erittäin miellyttävän suklaaraasteinen ja osin myös maitokahvisen pehmeä. Miellyttävä kokonaisuus. Runko on keskitasoa, pehmoisan monipuolisella tunnulla sekä mieluisan helpolla ja herkullisella juotavuudella. MUUTA MAINITTAVAA: Tämän tasoinen ”pöytä portteri” pitäisi löytyä jokaisen taproomin valikoimasta aina. Erittäin miellyttävä, vaikka kahvin sijaan nautittuna tai pienen leivoksen kanssa. Kahvinen paahteinen suklaata kaakaota makeutta

Advent Calendar 2023, Day 7. A Coffee Porter is today's "surprise". Well, not really a surprise because I have curated this advent calendar myself. 😅 Anyway, the beer. Yes. Pours impenetrable, glossy black. Carbonation is more aggressive than I expect, yet not uncontrollable. An attractive, dense tan head exceeds three fingers and dissolves gradually to a lovely lace ring that clings tightly to the sides of the glass. Horizontal traces can also be spotted afterwards. Cold-brew coffee with lactose and a creamy smash is the first set of aromas that emanates to my nose. Cacao nibs and dark chocolate added. Smells seductive! The sip contains pretty much the same potpourri: fairly abundant cold-brew coffee, lactose, a good slam of cream and smaller injections of cacao and chocolate. It's precisely the retreating cacao and dark chocolate that are marginally different on the tongue as compared to the scent. Faint licorice is a new component on the block that I'm able to find here. The body is relatively full. Not enormous but neatly full anyway. As a matter of fact, the ABV doesn't clock more than 6.8 %, for which strength the body is astonishing. Clap clap! 👏🏼 The tail swings at the same pace as the real taste, well synchronized indeed! Light struck from the lemon tree; what if I’d never seen hysterical light from Eugene? I just wanted to be near the aftertaste. The mouthfeel is full, lip-glueing, slightly desserty, soft, smooth and a tad adjuncted. The package is also relatively deep and beautifully balanced. Good piece!! 🖤🖤🖤 +0.2 stars extra for exceeding my expectations with a reasonable ABV. NOTE: The barcode leads to "A Little Crazy".

Very light, almost not there coffee to it. Something seems missing to this compared to the regular version of this.

Huge coffee aroma. A sweetness behind that. Taste has huge rich, roasted coffee. Not much else beyond that, flavorwise, but that's alright with me. I'm really loving the coffee in this one. Medium body with medium carbonation. I think I'm gonna grab a 6-pack of this before it disappears, maybe two. Well done. 4/5
