2018 vintage aged for a year in the cellar. Bourbon and pumpkin pie spices in the aroma. Taste has bourbon first, followed by pumpkin and pumpkin pie spices. As far as I can tell, this has held up very well and tastes just about as good as I remember it being. Maybe the pumpkin spices have died off just a touch and the bourbon is a bit stronger, but it's a great beer that ages well. 4.25/5

A bit out of season, but I have a couple of bottles left. Chai tea, pumpkin and bourbon in the aroma. Taste has bourbon first, followed by pumpkin and pumpkin spices and the chai finishes in the late mid-palate and back end. A little bit of warming on the way down the throat. The bourbon lingers into the aftertaste. Medium-ish body with a lower carbonation. One I'll seek out yearly. One of my favorite fall beers. 4.5/5

Pumpkin, bourbon, oak, a little bit of vanilla, cinnamon in the aroma. Taste has pumpkin first. Following this, I'm getting bourbon, oak, vanilla, cinnamon and what I'm assuming is the chai tea. A lot going on here and balanced very well. Bourbon is strong, but not overwhelming or hot, for my liking. Does warm the throat a bit on the way down. Medium-full body with a lower carbonation. This is great. I might grab a 4-pack before it disappears. My new favorite pumpkin beer, edging out Good Gourd by just a little bit. This isn't a stout, but it drinks like a bourbon barrel aged spiced stout. Very well made and can't wait to try this with some age on it. 4.5/5
