6.6% India Pale Ale

Head High is our interpretation of an American-style India Pale Ale (IPA). This beer is all about the hops; we use a blend of five different varieties all grown in the Pacific Northwest. A small charge of Chinook and Columbus early in the boil adds a smooth bitterness. A majority of the hops are then added late in the kettle or post-fermentation to produce a beer that is heavy on hop flavor and aroma. The combination of Cascade, Centennial, Citra and Columbus give Head High a noticeable grapefruit flavor with aromas of citrus, tropical fruits and pine. Our house American ale yeast ferments to a dry finish that accentuates the use of imported Pilsner and lightly kilned crystal malt resulting in Head High’s straw color and crisp flavor.

Not very sweet or fruity, but hazy and hoppy. It would pair with most any food.

GREY’S VIEW Cascade, Centennial, Chinook, Citra & Columbus humaloitu India Pale Ale. Ensisiemaisu on helppo, miellyttävän hitaasti kehittyvä ja lupaileva. Maku on klassinen. Kuivamäntyinen, aavistuksen vain pihkainen, hennon olkinen, sitruskuorinen, hennosti sekaviljaisan näkkileipäinen, pienirakeisen karkean maltainen, hennosti humalaöljyisä. Tasapainoinen kokonaisuus. Runko antaa medium miinus tasolla pientä ja helpohkoa karbonaatiota. Mukavan livakalla nautittavuudella ja hennolla takapään kuivuudella tuo laittaa nauttijansa kyllä hamuamaan tätä kernaasti lisää. MUUTA MAINITTAVAA: Mieluisa kokonaisuus. Tavallaan rohkea, mutta hienosti koottu, sillä tavalla, järjen puitteissa. Nämä humalat ovat hankalia käyttää ja Kane Brewing näitä selkeästi osaa tanssittaa. 1/16/22 watching the Chiefs/Steelers game. Y’all know how I feel about IPAs. I think the best thing about this one was how it helped temper the jalapeño heat from our nachos. You may call me soft, I say I’m just acting like Big Ben

Wow. This is nice. It s fruity, citrusy & hoppy. Quite a good combo. Fruity /citrus leans towards mango, passion fruit, grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple. Has a nice medium bitterness and dankness to it. Yum.
