Espuma blanca muy abierta y muy consistente, color caoba claro , sabor muy suave, sedoso muy agradable , algo dulce a caramelo , sabor a levadura, toques naranja, a pan amargor bajo y muy bien compensada que no se nota los 7,5 grados y deja un sabor muy agradable

Belle robe ambrée, couleur acajou, goût riche et une touche épicée, sucrée/caramélisée. Bonne bière que ce soit pour le plaisir ou accompagner un bon plat. Merci les amis les moines !
