Yet again I dive to the wonderful world of Põhjala Öö. The world of taste rollercoaster. Very deep brown in the glass, light foam that disappears fast. Deeply roasted malts are on the foreground accompsnied with coffee notes. First sip offers the familiar sweetness, a hint of vanilla and plenty of roasted malts, coffee and dark chockolate. Sweetness rolls in and out, and the roasty notes alternate. Still love this!
