Brassée avec un mélange d'épeautre provençal et de malt d'orge, c'est une belle lager où s'exprime pleinement le cœur aromatique frais et floral du houblon Mistral. Les notes maltées s'équilibrent autour d'une amertume fine et légère.

Dunkelgoldgelb, trübe, schwacher Schaum. Malziger Anrunk, verwendet wird Gerstenmalz und dunkles Dinkelmalz, würzig, kräftig, nicht schlecht. Wenig Kohlensäure, aber im Haupttrunk wird's ordentlich krautig-hopfig, für ein französisches Blonde geradezu überproportional, wieder nicht schlecht. Auf Kratzextrakt wird verzichtet. Absolut trinkbar.
