Murky, bright yellow beer with good, extrovert carbonation builds a one-finger, cloud-white, silky head that lingers on top for significantly long. The scent offers faint wheat malt, a good amount of toast as well as some lemon pulp and peel. The palate serves watery lemon juice, a tad lemon peel, accompanied by grapefruit and recognizeable bitter wheat flour. The scanty-bodied beer ends with a dollop of lemon zest, a tad lemon peel, followed by distinct wheat malt and identifiable yeast. The aftertaste remains in mouth over a medium period. The mouthfeel is truly light and relatively watery, distantly tart and significantly fresh.
