A yummy NEIPA. Has a tropical fruit taste that leans towards papaya, passion fruit, pineapple, apricot. It is also quite dank. Medium bitterness. It’s kind of complex. Has a bit of sweetness but quite bitter and then it’s also a bit creamy. Whatever you want to say it’s damm good. Temperature went from 80 degrees to 60 in an hour. Bye bye to our little warm up.
