
Every child in Italy is reared on the famous chocolate hazelnut spread for their afternoon snack or “Merenda”. Seeking inspiration from this and giving it a Nomad twist, we have sourced a nutty native alternative in roasted wattleseed to create a wattleseed sweet stout. Chocolate malts and oats were used to create a rich chocolate backbone, lactose added for a milky consistency and roasted wattle seed for the nutty aroma and palate.
