This imperial stout is our way of taking the best of what we have in our barrel cellar and blending it to create something unique. Eternal Rest is a combination of Russian Imperial Stout aged for 19 months in Armagnac Barrels and Imperial Stout aged 25 months in Bourbon Barrels. The blend was then conditioned on top of fresh vanilla beans and toasted coconut. Cheers to new beginnings and endless horizons.

I really cannot do this beer justice with a review. One of the absolute best i have ever had. Been saving for almost a year and glad it didnt disappoint. Just read the description of the beer and you can imagine how wonderful it is. The bottle shop i got it from still has some and i will be buying all of them the next time i go and cellar them for years. If this isnt the best beer i have ever had it is top 2 or 3. Been sipping on for over an hour and going to make it last a couple more before calling it a night. The warmer the better with this one. Cannot recommend enough even if you arent sure you like this style.
