Watching Alabama football on a football Saturday. Trying another pumpkin beer. Dark brown color with a disappearing head. Unusual chocolate and pumpkin spice aroma. I was looking forward to trying my first pumpkin stout but this does not work for me. The chocolate and the pumpkin absolutely fought each other from the first to the last. Neither one dominated and neither one pleased. I guess there's a reason I've never had a pumpkin chocolate stout before. Cannot recommend this beer.
