👁 hellgolden, leicht getrübt; mittelporiger Schaum 👃🏻 hellmalzig, leicht krautig 👄 Ein Weißbier (süd)deutscher Prägung ist das sicher nicht, da keine Hefe verwendet wurde (laut Etikett bestätigt), fehlt auch da die entsprechende Geschmackskomponente. Dies hier ist ein recht leichtes Weizenbier mit angenehmer Süße und leichten Zitrusaromen. Ja, das geht eher Richtung Wit, ist aber deutlich gemäßigter. Als sommerliche Erfrischung kann ich mir das aber gut vorstellen.
