White wheat beer of the lighter kind. Its taste is refreshing, it is naturally turbid. It contains all that is good in wheat beer. It's light and subtle. Additionally, it attracts with a hint of coriander. The head is white, abundant, and sticks to the glass. 4.9% of alcohol and 11.6% of extract.

Riecht viel intensiver als es schmeckt, leicht nach Heu. Geschmacklich dann deutlich leichter aber lecker. Wie ein Wit Bier

Auch wenn es auf der Bierbörse einfach als "Weizen" verkauft wurde, entspricht es geschmacklich tatsächlich eher (wie hier auch angelegt) einem holländischen Witbier. Leicht fruchtig mit einem Hauch Zitrone und viel leichter als unsere Weizen. Schönes Sommerbier
