Franchement excellente. Malgré ses 4,5%, elle est extrêmement goûtue, probablement dû à l’utilisation de sarrasin. Épaisse en bouche, avec un bon goût de café et presque de beurre de cacahuète (me rappelle d’ailleurs la Catzilla de chez La Débauche mais version light). Légère amertume et sucrée. Et en plus c’est bio !
