Tuoksu kukkii nenään. Appelsiinin kuori tervehtii maussa. Mallasrunko on aika hauska sekoitus ruista ja karamellia. Jälkimaussa yrttisyyttä ja uskoakseni muskottipähkinää. Saisoniksi aika makea. Saisi olla kuivempi keitos. Mausteet ei ihan tasapainossa ja melkein joulu tulee muskotista mieleen. Ehkä tää toimis kinkun ja tortun kanssa.

Red rye Saison with added orange peel and pink peppercorns. All is there what the label promises, spicy rye tones, Saison yeasts, citrus, orange and peppery undercurrent but at least to me it was too mellow and bland. Was hoping for more.

So it’s not the worse Saison I’ve tried but I just don’t like this type of beer. I remain open minded though, Indeed and I have tried a few now. I’m guessing that Saaz and Pilsner hops must be my least favourite. The saison after taste isn’t as strong as some I’ve tried but it’s still there. There’s nothing much else going on with this one. Not a fan.

Selvästi saison, ei vaan tipu nämä. Pehmeä ja punertava.

Kyllähän tästä saison paistaa läpi vaikka ruista onkin. Not my cup of tea vai miten sitä sanotaan.
