Zundert 10 Quadrupel Trappist is a quadrupel with a slightly herbal touch, that is the hallmark of all our beers. This trappist ale is deep ruby brown in colour, with a beautiful, creamy head. The nose gives hints of dried fruits like plums and figs, almost silky spices, licorice, and a bit of chocolate. The taste is well rounded and full bodied, balanced by a nice hoppy bitter. In the aftertaste typical Zundert herbal notes will subtly return.
During the 2019 Dutch Beer Challenge, Zundert 10 Quadrupel Trappist was awarded the gold medal for the best quadrupel of the Netherlands.

Kaum Schaum. Blickdicht, fast schwarz ⚫️.
Sehr malzig und kräftig würzig herb. Im Hintergrund Trockenpflaume. Alkohol kommt kräftig und angenehm. Immerhin 10 Umdrehungen.
Ein höchst leckeres und kräftig kräftiges Quadrupel. Empfehlenswert.
Trinkt mehr Bier 🍺, es möge wirken.

Goûter une Zundert en 2025 est un privilège. Cette brasserie, hélas, a cesser d’exister il y a quelques mois.
Il n’en reste pas moins que cette quadruple est une excellente bière. Derrière sa mousse blanc cassé et sa robe brune se cache un véritable élixir digne des meilleures trappistes. Malt torréfié et saveurs de caramel se mêlent à une amertume toute ronde et épaisse. Proche d’une stout par son côté épais et liquoreux, la Zundert 10, étanche la soif autant qu’elle nourrit. Sa disparition est un vrai drame.

Au nez cela ressemble à une stout / café.
La mousse et les bulles sont inexistantes.
C'est fort plat avec en degré important.
En fin de course, l'hetanol se fait sentir.
