Moa Five Hop is a New Zealand take on traditional English Ale. It utilises pilsner, Vienna, Munich and crystal malts to produce a distinctive mouth feel and flavour. New Zealand grown aroma hops: Cascade, Pacifica, Mouteka, Helleratu and Sauvin are uses to produce an ale with extremely high bitterness and gives the beer a savoury, hoppy nose and creamy, honeyed characters on the palate.
