Chang Beer, which started production in March 1995 at a brewery in the Bang Ban District of Ayutthaya Province, is the top-selling brand in Thailand. It managed to win 60 percent market share in Thailand after a hard market fight with the previous leading brand, Singha.

Light and medium dry body. Light malts with a hint of sweet feel on tip of the tongue as usual in beers containing rice.
Afertaste adds some grassy hops which overwrite immediately the light malts in the body. After a while the malts rise again, neverthless faint. Surprisingly there is some fruity tones as well.
Easy and fresh. Good beer with sushi or for hot summer days.
