Kuohkea 1 sormen paksuinen vaahto tumman ruskeassa läpinäkymättömässä, virkistävässä ja kuivaavassa oluessa. Mämmimäistä makeaa makua, vaikka ei hirveän isot (7,5%) prosentit , niin silti alkoholin maku tulee vähäsen läpi. Yrttimäistä vivahdetta maun lopussa. Mallasmainen, mausteinen ja yrttimäinen.
