St-Feuillien Blonde | Blond

7.5% Belgian Strong Ale

This light ale has a deep golden colour with a smooth, frothy head. It is very perfumed with an unmistakable hint of aromatic hops and a fruity (citrus) note from the spices used in production. The body has an intense yet distinctive bitterness and a strong malty taste which is a delight to the palate. The overall effect, however, is a slight dryness and hoppiness. All these features make St-Feuillien Blonde an excellent and very drinkable beer. BOTTLE 7.5% DRAUGHT 6.0%

Second Belgian Blond I’ve tried and I much prefer this to Duvel, don’t get much of the bitter and metallic taste with this one. Fruity and crisp. It’s very sweet, maybe a bit too much if you are having a session, but sipping one on its own is lovely.
