Back at the cigar bar. Best beer selection in town by far. Having this German Kolsch to celebrate that it's Friday. It's trying to set a record on how long a tall head can last. Second photo was two minutes and still waiting so not to have ny nose buried. Medium yellow, cigar aroma ( damn ), a low degree of flavor. Expected more intensity. A lemon peel or pith flavor races across the tongue then mostly gone. Only leaves a small amount as hop bitterness in the back of my mouth. Even that is gone in short time. I have now poured the rest of this pint into the glass and having to wait again on the head to subside. If you want to chug your beers, then this is the kolsch for you. I prefer more flavor and to enjoy it slowly. Always glad to try another German beer, but this is not a beer for me.

Ein besseres Kölsch, sehr süffig. Aber insgesamt bleibt es halt ein Kölsch und somit etwas langweilig 😅
