Dark brown beer, technically speaking transparent – I guess. The carbonation is a bit hyperactive as it unleashes a soft sand-colored foam cloud up to three fingers. A somewhat sweet fragrance: gingerbread dough, milk chocolate, brown sugar, caramel and syrup. The gustatory sphere portrays raw cacao powder, caramel, brown sugar, a smaller amendment of grass and a hint of resin. The body is light-medium. The end gears to more bitter by a couple of decimals. The mouthfeel is light-medium, lip-glueing, smooth and a tad effervescent. Fairly easy for Dubbel, not very characterful.
