Une des meilleures sour a la mangue et fruit de la passion que j'ai pu goûter , c'est pas trop acide , le fruit est vraiment bien reconstitué , la robe est superbe , c'est du grand art qui nous vient des USA 😁

I'll start by saying I'm not much of a Sours guy, nor taken with the current trend of putting candy fruit flavoring in all the beers. But, 3 Stars is a great local brewery and always looking to try something new and expand my horizons, so, Nose is... sour, maybe some earthy mango/guava notes, not fruity though. So it's... sour, guess that's the given throughout. It's sweet, candy fruit sweet, but can't pick out distinct mango/guava. Mango comes through a little in the after which is actually malty as well. Interesting. Perhaps I don't have enough of a palate for sours to appreciate the subtleties, but it's enjoyable. Refreshing and the back of tongue/aftertaste brought it all together nicely for me. Good. Still not a Sours guy though.
