🇸🇪🇸🇪 top cette ipa. Hyper houblonnée, herbacée et amère à souhait. Une belle longueur et un p'tit côté vert hyper présent. C'est top.

No kyllähän tämäkin maistui hyvälle. Erinomainen pizzan paisto olut.

Fantastiskt trevlig öl. Fruktig, fyllig med behaglig beska.

50/50-series battle. Favorite beers from the past. Simcoe/Citra VS. Mosaic/Simcoe.
Aroma: The citra version takes the win with it’s distinct citrus aroma. The mosaic version is more timid, but with a slight berrie/stone fruit aroma.
Taste: Both are pretty mild and easy going. The simcoe hops gives both beers a slight earthy, piney and bitter edge. Both beers got citrus, but the citra version has more bright citrus elements and some mango. It’s slightly more distinct and bright overall. The Mosaic version taste sweeter with berries and apricots.
These beers are quite similar and it’s hard to pick a winner. But when I look at old ratings the Mosaic/Simcoe is the winner.
