When the rain finally stopped I made it out to the shed to retrieve my growler. Normal service resumed with my favourite pale ale! 👍

One of my favourites… On cask, fresh at the brewery… Would bathe in this stuff if I could

Never had a half pint looked so mighty! Shame the beer doesn’t bode so well… my favourite beer on cask however from the keg it’s just not as good. The body and mouthfeel that cask offers and the lower carbonation trump this every time. Sadly due to the ongoing hurdles small breweries face this sort of thing is inevitable but hopefully a thing of the past as normal supply chains seem to have been restored.

As an official cov-idiot I’m confined to my bedroom for the next few days. Oh well, Mosaic fresh from the brewery to keep my spirits up. That and periodic delivery of food from my kids 👍😂

Latest batch, tasting even better now the new Brewhouse is being dialled in. Fruity, gentle pithy bitterness, tropical fruits and a deft hint of pine. Lovely drop.

Tasting exceptionally good. This time on cask which is noteworthy as the last time I reviewed it was from a can and the time before that was from keg. Fruity. Piney. Bright and beautiful 🤩

Clean and refreshing bitterness, flavours and aromas are bursting with piney citrus notes. Drinks really well fresh, the best I’ve had of this, knocks the socks off the kegged version

This beer packs a punch and is heavy on the hops. You have to remind yourself it’s only 3.5% alcohol
