Muddy, deep yellow beer with fizzy, long-lasting carbonation lays sluggishly a timid, off-white, tiny-bubbled head that dies away rushedly, leaving a mere hair-thin lace ring on top for some time.
The fragrance displays bitter orange, slight grapefruit and lemon peel, seasoned by a faint note of wheat flour.
The taste is reasonably strong with bitter lemon peel, a tad grassy grapefruit, distant fructose and a nuance of relatively piney character. Wheat is quite mild, being both in the form of harsh wheat flour and softer wheat bread.
The body is light-medium. The beer finishes with somewhat bitter citrus, boosted by grated lemon peel and a slight piney note, as well as rounded by some yeasty toast. The aftertaste lingers on tongue for some time.
The mouthfeel is light, slightly closed, mild-tart and somewhat crisp.
