Dark and full bodied, packed full of hops giving interest and complexity. Challenger and Target providing underlying herbal hop and the rare Bramling cross adding redcurrant and blackcurrant into the mix. Horlicks malty character from the pale malt and toffee from the crystal malt give warmth and the blend of hops provides a crisp bitterness.
Humalat: Bramling Cross, Challenger, First Gold, Golding, Target

First visit in a while and a good selection of guest ales on today. This is a smooth, slightly malty bitter.

Greene King brewed Hardy & Hanson's recipe with a very crystal malt body giving rise to sweet toffee, caramel & slight vanilla notes which almost disguise the 3 hop mix in this sessionable seasonal ale
