Muddy, dark orange brown beer with good, beige head. The fragrance is fermented, loads of fermented malt, wort and perished apple and apricot. The tastebuds enjoy the relatively sour, cellary aroma of overripe passionfruit, apricot and brown malt as well as unfinished wort. Fermentation is really prominent. The body is light-medium. The beer finishes with sour dark fruity aftertaste with strong-fermented date, banana, plum and malt. The mouthfeel is really funky, cellary, tart and interesting. One of the most unique beers I've had.

Karvas ja kitkerä sour ilman hedelmää. Ihan ok mutta vaatii aikaa.
