Une Lager traditionnelle, à l'Anglaise, on a une belle attaque sur les céréales, c'est léger, l'amertume est faible, c'est agréable et désaltérant.

Draft pour gives me a golden yellow body, with lots of lively carbonation and one finger of bubbly white foam that retained very well. Scents of light barley, soft wheat and a firm citrus bite that finishes a little soapy. The feeling in the mouth is crisp and refreshing with a pleasant foamy feeling washing in after the initial bubbly kick. Taste is light cereals with a grassy hint and a bitter malt aftertaste while the citrus hit from before carries throughout. Very good lager.
