This is all about the malts. There’s an interesting sweetness to it, but overwhelmingly it tastes of burnt caramel. It displays a unique aroma which I can’t quite fathom... not unpleasant but just weird

Has a nutty toffee/caramel malt taste. A minor peat taste. This is a sweeter Scottish ale
