Lucid, amber beer fills the fourth glass of the tasting flight from tap. Emerges a moderate, off-white, velvety head that soon descends to a mere lace ring on top. The nose is unique and interesting, offering distinct bubblegum, sweet fruity marmalade, distant banana and a floral whisper. The tastebuds get to work with strong pale malt, followed by bread and biscuity, and seasoned by a herbal note. The body is light-medium. The beer finishes rather long with bitter malt and a recogbizeable strong grainy aroma. The mouthfeel is very summery, gardeny and meadowy. It's also medium-crisp, distantly earthy and interestingly throat-warming.
