Limpid, golden beer fills the second glass of the tasting flight from tap. Lays a weak, white, head that is soon almost dead. The scent offers fresh citrus, particularly zesty mandarine, soft apricot and a strong floral note. The palate is significantly malty, followed by loads of orange peel, and faint mouthwatering mandarine as well as a biscuity whisper. The body is light-medium. The ending is slightly sour with medium-sweet orange, grated orange peel, identifiable bread and some coarse wheat flour. The aftertaste lingers in every nook of the mouth for a short to medium term. The mouthfeel is relatively soft and smooth, slick as well as unexpectedly effervescent.
