5.8% India Pale Ale

The simple malt bill gives an ABV of 5.8% which carries the flavour and really allows the hops to shine through. The hops used are of American origin, Columbus, El Dorado and Cascade (45 IBU). With multiple generous additions in the kettle and further dry hopped before it reaches you as fresh as it can be.

And the boys from the NYPD choir were dingin‘ Galway Bay… sehr gutes IPA aus Galwa, schön herb, auch wenn’s eher wie ein Helles oder ein Pils aussieht.

Galway Bay Brewery | Full Sail | IPA Das schöne Galway…. ….ist die Heimat dieses hellgoldenen und leicht trüben IPA's im West Coast Style, das citral riecht. Crisp und citral ist auch der Antrunk dieses IPA's mit leichtem Körper und moderater Bitternis, bei dem ich mir vorstellen kann, daß es einen, mit seinen Aromen von Sternfrucht, Zitrone und Mango, durch einen langen Sommerabend begleiten kann. Leicht und unkompliziert.

IPA un peu fruitée mais pas trop, un peu amère mais pas trop ! Plutôt équilibrée entre les 2, ça passe bien ☺️

Raikas, sitruksinen tai oikeastaan vain sitruunainen. Kohtuu katkeroinen, joka kuitenkin katoaa aika nopeasti. Aika tuju, toisaalta pehmeä. Haastava, mutta silti lyhyt.
