Chmielenie na zimno uwydatnia aromat i balansuje goryczkę. Efektem jest idealnie sesyjne piwo. Jak na dobre rzemiosło przystało.

Mukavan raikas amber lager/pils, hieman makeutta/hunajaa, tasapainoinen olut, enemmänkin hunajaa. 👍🏻🍻🐝 Nice and fresh amber lager/pils, a little sweetness/honey, balanced beer, more honey. 👍🏻🍻🐝

After 3 hrs drive: pizza and pils. Almost bright golden yellow beer with quite rapid white foam. Scent is hoppy, slightly to citrus fruits, also to grass. Taste is similar to czech and middle european pilsners: bitterness is dominant at first with drying effect of aftertaste. Some sweetness too. Citrus fruits, lemon and orange with grassy notes. Good pilsner.
